An automated PDF report is sent monthly directly in your email inbox. The report includes a monthly overview of your printer performance and a trend analysis of the last 12 months.

Keep an eye on the data. The dashboard gives you an overview of the most important key figures of your machine. Information about productivity, workload, ink levels and sensors are visualized compactly on one screen.

Monitor your print events day by day. The Printer Event Timeline gives you an overview over time of the status of your machine. Thanks to this function even breakdowns can be easily analyzed based on the occurring errors.

Keep track of your inks. Ink Batch Tracking gives you an overview of all the inks that have been filled into your printer and warns you if the inks currently in use are about to expire.
