Durst POP Flexible LED Ink
POP Flexible LED ink has a particularly large color gamut, vivid colors and high gloss level. It also shows a good abrasion and scratch resistance combined with exceptional stackability. It is ideally suited for paper surfaces even at highest print speed conditions. POP Flexible LED ink is a versatile ink that is suitable for printing on paper, boards and even flexible materials. Therefore, this ink is particularly suited for full automation processes using the Durst Automat.

Recommendations
Printing in glossy mode may help to increase the level of adhesion to acceptable level for critical media.
Furthermore, the color gamut can be boosted dramatically in gloss mode.
Additional Information
Adhesion: The chemistry of the ink has been selected to guarantee highest possible color gamut, excellent stackability and abrasion resistance while maintaining a good flexibility for standard roll applications. As a result, its adhesion may be limited on difficult media such as PS and PET, depending on the substrate surface properties, which are varying from supplier to supplier. Adhesion on untreated PMMA is very poor. Therefore, it is recommended to test the adhesion on selected materials properly for the relevant application before going into production.
Flexibility: Due to its level of flexibility it is suitable for light flexible applications. Applications demanding highest flexibility, like backlit, Day&Night, Color-White-Color applications on highly flexible substrates (Pearl textile, Samba, Mambo, ...) including cross folding for shipments of such substrates and PVC banners, may exceed its boundaries of flexibility.
